Croissants for Breakfast

"They are only $3!!!" My son excitedly says about the cost of his favorite croissant breakfast sandwich. Well, that's not too much if we are paying for only 1 but his mother loves them too! 5 days a week, 2 sandwiches each day quickly adds up to $30/week.  So here's for a family on a budget:
1/2 can of Pillsbury croissant rolls
  2 eggs scrambled
  Shredded cheese
  4 slices of ham

Preheat oven 350. Lay out 4 triangular shaped croissant dough pieces. Lay one piece of ham on each triangular dough. Pile on scramble eggs, then cheese. Fold the long part of the triangle over the layers and leave about an inch over lay. Fold up the two corners toward the middle. Tuck the overlay under. Bake 10 minutes. In a total of 20 minutes you have a beautiful baked croissant ham, egg, and cheese. If your an even busier mom than I am try baking a few ahead of time. Store them in a freezer bag in your freezer and reheat in the toaster oven. GOOD MORNINGS don't have to cost a lot.
